Infinix Device System Upgrade Method

Dear infinix fans,
you can upgrade your system method via the following two methods. The first one OTA update is easy to operate, but requires stable network. and the other T-card upgrade is an upgrade method that does not lose any data.

Attention:

Your infinix  mobile phone power in more than 30% before upgrade.
OTA update:
1.Connect the network
2.Go to A-Z->"System Update"




3. Refresh and check whether the new version is available



4. Update the latest version





T-card update:


1. Download and put the update image into T card

2. Insert the T card into the phone

3. Click the system upgrade icon to enter the upgrade interface




4. Click on the menu in the upper right corner, in the pop-up options, select from the local update


5. Then the page will jump to the bottom of the interface, showing your T card storage situation




6. Click on your T card and the following prompt appears. Be careful to read carefully and decide whether or not to upgrade



7. Continue to select "install", wait about 10 minutes after the phone restart


8. Into the main interface If the following tips, congratulations on your successful upgrade



Notes:

1. Please remember to back up your personal files before you update the new operating system.

2. Please strictly follow the instruction to update new operating system.

3. If some issue happens, you can contact local after-sales service center to get help.
